No voice sound only music when watching CBSAll Access
We get picture and any background music but no voice when running CBS ALL ACCESS. THIS PROBLEM JUST STARTED TODAY. HAD WORKED FINE

Could it be that you have set audio for surround sound, with just stereo speakers? Most of the dialog will be on the center speaker, not the left or right stereo speaker. Without a center speaker, you may hear music, but not dialog.
