How do I delete a pending purchase from the App Store?

I need to update my apps but I need to delete a purchase that’s showing pending. It looks like a purchase that was made for one of my daughters games. It’s been pending for over a week now maybe 2. Please help me fix this. Yes I’ve already put a password on my phone.

Purchases are considered final as you already know, but you could try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support and see if they will cancel it as a one-off : http://reportaproblem.apple.com
