HomePod Setup Error -6700

The Home app on my iPhone was showing the “Not Responding” message on my HomePods (both) and Apple TV. I removed them from the Home app and then manually factory restored them. Now I can’t set them up again because they‘re showing “Setup Failure -6700”.
