I need help with slow mac

Can someone please help me read my EtreCheck Report? I had my last mac for at least 13 years. This one I barely use since it is unuseable due to being so slow. I am pasting the report below. Trying to determine if this is fixable or if I should try to get rid of this one and buy a new one. Thank you.

I just meant I do not know how to install myself, so I didnt know if i needed to take it locally. I will absolutely look at the links you sent. I thank you for taking the time to help me. I was told that RAM does not increase the speed however, I do see that I am almost out of room. I better do that asap. Again, thank you.

I wouldn't take anything to Best Buy.

The RAM is user accessible. Macs are fussy about RAM. Both Crucial and OWC are reliable vendors with high quality RAM. You can check with them which modules you need.

First upgrade the RAM, then if you still need to replace the hard drive with an SSD, take it to an AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) near you.

OH How I hate this program, I am so stupid for not researching in the first place. I deleted it the wrong way a while back so there are a bunch of hidden files. I just went through in my library and went through every folder, now I am rerunning the etrecheck to see if still there. Thank you for responding. I really appreciate it. I will report back soon.
