Cannot restore certain items from Time Machine.

I tried to restore contacts, then Library, then whole user from Time Machine.

Everytime I get a notice that they can't be modified or deleted because it's required by MacOS.

Then whats the point of Time Machine?

I want to restore contacts that I accidentally deleted.
