how can i fix the glitch on my Apple Music?

my Apple Music has been acting up lately , the art work doesn’t pop up for any of my songs and i tried restarting my phone and turning it back on and turning my iCloud music off and on and it still doesn’t work . What shoud I do?

Apple Music Hello all, In the past couple of months, I have been experiencing a glitch that has been increasing in occurrence. The glitch is as follows: When I try to play a song that I have downloaded from Apple Music in the past few months, it refuses to let me play it. This glitch is annoying as it prevents me from playing a lot of the music that I have downloaded. Apple Music on iphone 6 plus keeps crashing. Hi, I have an iphone 6+, with ios 12.5.3 which is up to date. Everytime I open my Apple Music it keeps on crashing, earlier it was working fine then it prompted me to update my ios, afterwards it kept on crashing. Apple Music works on my other devices like iPad8 and even my iPhone 4s. I already restarted my phone, uninstalled it and re-installed it but had the same issue. I also went to Settings, signed out of iCloud, and even turning of iCloud Library in Music before doing so but to no avail. Does this mean that I need to reset my phone or can I call apple support for assistance?
