Online order didn't go through, but the charge is pending on credit card.

Hi,

I recently placed an order on UGG through App Pay. The order didn't go through, however, the charge is pending on my credit card. I've contacted ugg customer service, they say that they didn't find any order on my account and the charge will probably be canceled within three bossiness days. In such case, should i contact my credit card company or apple pay?
