apple hasn’t charged me yet order still pending

So i just made an order from apple.com

and i used revolut, anyway the goods i wanted would be available at the end of november so i placed the order but the only thing i received on my revolut card was “card verficiation” by apple no money withdrawn the status was “in progress” but after a few days status changed to “reverted” i checked my order online on apple and its still on “processing” state so its not cancelled. i read multiple in forums that apple actually charges you only when the items ships.

So do you suggest i keep the money in that card and when the items ship apple will charge me normally like nothing happened ? or should i assume the order will cancel eventually?
