backup my iPhone to external hard drive

Hi

I'm using widows 10 and I can't find the folder Mobilesync and backup in Apple computer , because I want to backup my iPhone to external hard drive .

iPhone 6, iOS 12.1

Do you mean that I cannot backup my iPhone to external hard drive even if I used iTunes.
