Time-card results in days / hours not hours only

I have a spreadsheet for time-card that adds up the hours of a scheduled employee:

=E9−E8+F9−F8+G9−G8+H9−H8+I9−I8+J9

This formula subtracts employees out-time from their in-time then adds it to the next days hours and gives a total for the week - but it gives it as 1d 4h rather then 26h - cant seem to find a format option to change how this number is formatted - hours verse day/hours

Thanks

If you just want to change how the duration displays (rather than derive decimal hours) you can just go here and click.

Click 'day' to deselect it and you get this:
