Ive tried many methods like reseting the phone and methods I’ve seen on YouTube but none of them work.

You can’t. The activation lock is an anti-theft measure.

There is nothing you can do to bypass activation lock. It is a security measure and if you cannot get the information from previous owner, there nothing you can do
