iCloud lock

Hi, I bought iPhone 5s, then I reset it with itunes and now the phone is locked from iCloud. What I have to do now?(I don't know who is the old owner)

Ipad is locked I bought an ipad 6 and started using it with my i cloud and today i formatted it to empty it and when i entered my i cloud it doesn’t work and says icloud lock and wants me to enter an icloud that belongs to the original owner who sold the ipad to me i guess.. but i dont have contact with the man what should i do!!!!

Buy a different iPhone. The activation lock is an anti-theft measure; without being able to reach the previous owner, you won’t be able to use the one you have.
