iPhone keeps asking for ex's ID from cancelled Family Sharing

Every time I update and restart my iPhone it asks for my ex's Apple ID login, and also my old Apple ID.

I removed him and cancelled Family Sharing over a year ago, on a different phone. I've also reassigned my iTunes, iCloud and Apple ID to my new email address, but the old one keeps showing up in alerts. I can choose to ignore or "Cancel" the alert and I'm still logged in correctly with my current Apple ID, but it's really annoying to have to close so many windows every time I restart my phone (plus I really don't want to see his ID any more).

Neither my ex's nor my old email address show up on any of the account setting screens, they only ever show up as alerts asking for passwords when my phone restarts. How do I delete these old logins?

iPhone X, iOS 12.1, This issue was also on my old 6S

Are the requests asking for Settings updates? If you are using IOS 12, I read a post a couple of days ago where someone posted they had talked to Apple Support about this and were told it is a known bug that Apple is trying to correct. If you click Cancel, does the window go away? You can also try signing out of iCloud and back in which has worked for some people.

Another possibility is check the App Store and iTunes Store to see if there are any updates for apps/purchases. A request for another Apple ID password is often caused by updates to apps/purchases that were made when using the other ID. Those purchases are tied to the other ID and can't be transferred. One option is to delete the apps/purchases made by the other ID and download them using the new ID if desired.
