Your Apple ID has been disabled

hi there,

i could not do any updates or downloads although I success sign in my apple id in apple website. Please help. And I’ve manage to change my password also. But in the end it keeps prompting me my Apple ID has been disabled. I don’t understand what’s going on also.

Have you also done : What to do after you change your Apple ID or password - Apple Support ?


If you have, contact iTunes Support in the country where you are (and which is therefore the country on the account) and see if they can/will re-enable it : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
