Is there a hang drum sound in Logic Pro X

Yes, load an EXS24 and look in the Factory>World>European section:

Or look in Settings>World>Percussion for the slightly differently named (though it is the same thing) Metal Drums:

My library has started with Logic 8, I may have acquired some duplicates that have different names, but trust me, the "Metal Drum" is in fact a hang drum, they sound exactly the same (Hang Drum and Metal Drum).

To see the hang drum you must have the EXS24 loaded on your selected track, and have that little blue triangle visible (this means the Library on the left, displaying the Hang drum, is open), and you must also have navigated to Factory>World>European

I'm sure they're the same.

Any reason why I don't see 'Hang Drum'?

I'm up to date on all updates.

I'm wondering if I'm missing some settings or sounds.

Again, my worry wasn’t that I didn’t have the Hang Drum but that I might not have some instruments installed for some reason

Yeah, and I can see the same three versions of Metal Drum (Palm, Ping and Slap) that I get... 😝

What I don’t see on my options that I see on your screen grabs is the option for Hang Drum.

I’m just wondering if something’s missing or lacking in my Logic Pro (if that’s possible?)
