I downloaded Uber and Google map apps. but the "cellular data" button is nowhere to be found. I can only use the apps when I have wifi. I tried few times to uninstall and reinstall; turn off the phone and turn on again, nothing seems to work. On "setting" -> "cellular" all apps with cellular data on are listed. On setting -> Uber, the "cellular data" button is nowhere to be found. How do I fix this problem? I have updated my phone to iOS12.1 last week and changed my Apple id.
