Why for some phones(iPhone 6, iPhone XR), the option for changing SIM PIN is not under the phone TAB settings, but under the TAB cellular data?

The SIM Pin is controlled by your carrier. You should ask them.
Yes, mircea_lit. I think it depends on the iOS version, not on the iPhone Model (nor on carriers).

I am not sure that things are so clear, because at the same carrier on iPhone 5S SIM PIN change option is under Phone TAB. True, I don’t know whatIOS version runs on that iPhone 5S. Also, with two different carriers, in iPhone 6 and XR, this setting is under cellular data TAB.
