Is anyone making smaller bands for the 44mm watch size

My wrists are 5.5", or 140mm. I currently have a Series 1 42mm watch, and I'm looking to upgrade to the Series 4 44mm. I have been using the smaller of the sport bands on my 42mm, and I am using the very last hole (smallest option) on the band.

I was at the Apple Store recently, looking at the new watches, and I really like the leather band with the magnetic closure. I put it on, and was horrified to find that the strap was about an inch too long. I asked the salesperson for the smaller band, and apparently that was the smaller band.

I've been searching in vain online for anyone who manufactures a smaller sized band for the 42/44mm watch. It appears I'm going to be stuck with always wearing a sports band. Has anyone successfully found nice bands for smaller wrists?
