Disabling Hotspot
I want to disable the hotspot on my phone so it can only be turned on by me - I'm lending my phone to my son
iPhone SE, iOS 12
That's not an option in iOS. It's either an available option or it's not. If you don't want your son to have access, then ask your carrier to temporarily remove it from your plan.
