Disable Hotspot on IPhone
I don’t want Personal Hotspot on my phone anymore. How do I get rid of it?

You can turn if OFF. Open Settings ➔ Cellular ➔ Personal HotSpot : Set this to OFF.
If you want this feature to be completely unavailable to you then you will have to contact your carrier. HotSpot is a feature that is provided and managed by your carrier. They should be able to disable this feature for you.
