Personal Hotspot

Hi, Help pls

iPhone 6s plus

ios 13.2.3

My personal hotspot is switched off, I didn’t do it and I don’t know how to turn it back on.

If you cannot turn it on with the switch in Settings, then contact your carrier. They are responsible for Personal Hotspot, and if your account does not have it on it, or your carrier does not support it, you will not be able to turn it on. The carrier will have to help you troubleshoot the problem.
