RDP windows 10 to mac is failing

i have set the static ip, passwd for the windows user, turned off firewall, enable remote access in win 10.

however, RDP from mac is failing. it takes me to the passowrd authentication accepts the password, then accepts the certificate and the page zooms and vanishes without letting a clue where the issue is.

please assit. its urgent.

Contact Microsoft, if this is an urgent issue with the Microsoft RDP client for macOS.

If this is the Apple Remote Desktop app and this is an urgent question, contact Apple Support directly. (ARD is a comparatively expensive option and isn’t all that commonlynused with Windows. Try the Microsoft RDP client for that.)

For an urgent question with some other RDP/VNC client, check with the asociated vendor.
