I am trying to update my Apple Watch.
I have turned both the phone and the watch off and turn them back on in the correct order.
I have tried to delete the software update from the app but when I go into USAGE the app crashes.
Any suggestions?

Unpair the Watch using the Watch app on iPhone, then re-pair it. If you have difficulty unpairing, on the Watch you can go to Settings/ General/ Reset/ Erase All Content and Settings. But try unpairing from the iPhone's Watch app first, since I know that takes a backup of your iPhone.
If you continue having trouble after unpairing and re-pairing, try again but don't install the Watch's backup.

Can’t update Apple Watch. I have tried all the solutions. When I try an delete the update form my watch the Apple Watch app crashes.
