i bought a new i phone 6 last month for my mom and sign in with her id but she refuse to use it then i put my id in it and remove her id but whenever i have to update the apps of i phone it asked for my mothers id‘s password ... why
Because the apps were likely downloaded using her Apple ID and are forever linked to it. If you want them to be associated with your Apple ID, then you'll need to delete them and redownload them using your Apple ID and password.

Because Apps are permanently tied to the Apple ID that was used to download / install them.
Delete those apps, then re-download them using the new Apple ID.
