I was on my yahoo mail, and stupidly clicked on an email I shouldn't have. It said that my Yahoo account was going to be deleted, so, of course, without thinking, I got concerned and clicked into it. I immediately recognized it as spam and deleted it....however....a few minutes later I heard a BEEP noise and a message popped up! It said VIRUS DETECTED. This was the screen. What should I do? PLEASE HELP!!!!

Force quit Safari, then restart Safari while holding the shift key.
Avoid phishing emails, fake 'virus' alerts, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support
You don't have a virus. It's a scam. Ignore it.

1: There are no know virus capable of infecting your Mac.
2: We see hundreds of such scam messages posted here daily, all with the same result, no virus.
