iPhone 8 Plus call mutes after 15 minutes

Hi everybody I’ve been having a weird issue with my iPhone, basically I will be talking in the phone for exactly 15 minutes and the call mutes and I have to recall whoever I was talking to, anybody else experiencing this issue? Thanks

What's the exact iOS version installed on your iPhone?
When you say the call mutes does your iPhone appears to be unresponsive or does the Mute button become enabled by its self?
Are you using a case or third party product when this happens?
