How to print XML code to colour .pdf file on Mac

How to print XML code to colour .pdf file on Mac?

The Xcode software opens a .xml file automatically. There are nice colour formatting for the source codes which I can choose using the Xcode Preferences.

When I print to a PDF file, it has only 2 colours: gray and black.

How can I choose to have multicoloured formatting in the .pdf file just like in the Xcode display window?

Ok, I tried this and you are right.

I looked into XCode preferences but cannot find any option to change how it prints.

I was about to suggest a workaround, BUT then... I found it!

In the Print dialog, under XCode, you get to choose a "Theme": the default is "Printing", which is black and white. But you can choose a different one - like "Basic" - and it works! There are others, which produce different color schemes. Just find the one that works best for you.
