my clock apps in iphone X not really black, its like a grey spot at notch n bottom.. its happen when view in dark room with low brightness ..its that normal for oled,bcoz some iphneX user had the same issues ..i really wan to know its that normal oled display or not?
You sure that is not the translucency effect of the top and bottom menu bar?
Take a screenshot and see if it captures that spot.
Also the clock app is dark grey, not pure black.
Try use this image with low brightness in dark room.. if u seen the same problem like me.. bcoz all iphone x/xs had this same issues.. i see in macrumour forum
I think some user had this same problem, maybe worse and not really worse .. maybe this oled effect on dark room when using dark grey image.. only can see in dark room with low brightness.in macrumour ive seen iphone xsmax/xs users have the same problem like this.. this pic from redditforum
I have that same problem. Black is not pure black and in the dark with low brightness it’s very visible. I wonder if this is a bug that can be fixed on upcoming IOS update
