Stop DND schedule

Hello,

I recently noticed that my iPhone is going into Do Not Disturb mode almost every night after a certain hour, even though I have it set on off and there is nothing scheduled.

Is there any other setting that I have to do in order to disable this function?

Thank you

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 12.1

Hey there, Robert!

Thanks for visiting the Apple Support Communities. From your post, I understand that you're having trouble with the Do Not Disturb function on your iPhone 8 Plus. Specifically, even though it seems to be off, it is automatically enabled every day at a certain time. I'm happy to help!

I see you've checked Settings > Do Not Disturb, and Do Not Disturb is off, with no schedule set. There is one more place that Do Not Disturb may be enabled from, and that is the Bedtime feature of the Clock app. You can use the following steps from Use Bedtime to track your sleep on your iPhone - Apple Support to check if Do Not Disturb at Bedtime is on, and turn it off if you'd like:

How to change the settings

  1. Open the Clock app and tap the Bedtime tab.
  2. In the top-left corner, tap Options.
  3. Here's what you can change:
    • Choose which days your Wake alarm goes off. Your alarm goes off on days that are orange.
    • Set when you're reminded to go to bed.
    • Choose a Wake Up Sound for your alarm.
    • Change how loud the alarm is.
    • Turn Do Not Disturb During Bedtime on or off. During bedtime, the Lock screen dims, calls and alerts that arrive when your device is locked are silent, and notifications go to your history.
  4. Tap Done.

Cheers!
