My account keeps getting locked (Not a scam)

I receive emails from Apple regularly to let me know my account is locked.

>Yes it is a genuine email from Apple

>Yes my account is locked


It was 30-45 minutes of my every time it occurs

No explanation is ever given

This has happened multiple times in the past 3 months.
