Question

Is it possible (thorugh Apple Music) to download my iTunes library to an Android device (Samsung Galaxy S8+)?

My iTunes library consists of a mixture of personal CDs I uploaded and iTunes purchases?

Apple Music can be stream to an Android device if you are a subscriber.

Syncing/downloading iTunes Library items are supported only with Apple devices.
