Application Wont Delete

I opened apple/about this mac/storage/manage/applications and found an application that was using 16GB of my MacBook. If i choose to delete, the delete option is not working and the kind of file says as "OTHER". The Last accessed says as "NEVER OPENED". Please let me know how to delete that file from my MacBook??
