I have saved login and password that i cannot delete from the system. I do not remember adding it, I do not have any application connected to it, i do not have any saved profile for it. After deletion it is coming back like a freaking zombie.

How i can remove this permanently? Why i cannot remove it?

This is very disturbing that others are having the same sign in pop up out of no-where. I found this popping up when signing into an ap. Specifically Resmed's S+ program, that tracks sleeping information.


How could this be showing up on multiple IOS phones? What is causing this?
