How do I copy all my Bookmarks favourites from my iPhone SE to my mac?

You basically log in with the same Apple ID and password on both devices. Your bookmarks will then sync from one to the other.
On your phone, check this: Settings > your-name > iCloud. Make sure that Safari selected.
