Yes.
I've had different versions of Logic working great on different models of MacBook Air. LP9 was running really well on mid-2011 MBA, for example. I guess LPX should run alright on new MBA's. It depends on what your goals with Logic are, as well.
Mine is just over 2 years old,
2.2GHz i7 8gb RAM, 250gb Flash storage.
so it is a little bit of an upgrade from the base model.
