iPhone XS Max Video Shots Lag/Stuttering

My main video cam on iPhone X’s Max has some stuttering/lag throughout the clips I take. It’s like quick but it’s throughout the video

And for selfie cam videos, there is this noise/beauty effect look and lag in videos. Have 512gb storage, so I don’t know why that would happen...

Is my hardware bad and need replacement or wait IOS update? So sad

Why are my iPhone 13 mini camera's Cinematic video, Photo and Portrait modes lagging/stuttering? While using my camera's Cinematic video, Photo and Portrait modes, in the application itself (before taking any videos/photos), the screen lags/stutters a lot. On the other hand, the normal Video mode is smooth as butter (very big difference)! This lagging/stuttering happens in the video itself after I shoot it using the mentioned problematic camera mode - Cinematic mode. I have tried to upload and open such lagging/stuttering video on my computer and it has this issue there as well. It seems the mentioned camera modes just don't work as expected. And also, no, I don't have opened apps in the background... Is this even normal? What could be the problem?

Blurry videos I noticed that my videos come out glitchy/Blurry as soon as I start recording… I don’t know if this has to do with the update but I hope it can get fixed or if there’s anything I can do to fix that problem?I noticed it on other IPhone users as well.

XR Camera shows jagged videos. My Iphone XR showing jagged videos when recording 4k Videos. This also occurs after starting up the phone as new.
