Import songs to iTunes from CD

I mported only 2 songs from one of my CDs. Now I want to import the rest. Will iTunes know which ones are imported and only import the missing ones?

No. You can uncheck tracks that have already been imported. Import songs from CDs into iTunes on Mac - Apple Support
