Your purchase could not be completed

when my daughter goes to purchase couns in her game it comes up with ’your purchase could not be completed for assistance contact iTunes support‘ and We have no idea what to do. Can you please help

I have the problem seeing this

"Your purchase could not be completed"

while trying to purchase "coins" for my daughter's Pokemon acct. in another iPhone

with iTunes payment under my user ID with same payment details

pls help
