Will a earth magnet hurt a Apple Pencil?

I use these magnets to hold things, and they’re very strong. It only takes one (.25” x .5” x 1”) to hold a carpenters hammer.

And was wondering if it would hurt to put my Apple Pencil on one while it charges.

Making a Cheap Apple Pencil So, i watched a video on how to make a fake apple pencil and you have to wrap aluminum foil around it. Is that bad for the device? I wanted to know because someone in the comments of the video said that it would mess up the device by moving the stuff around inside it, so i’m not sure. Thanks for the help.
