Making a Cheap Apple Pencil

So, i watched a video on how to make a fake apple pencil and you have to wrap aluminum foil around it. Is that bad for the device? I wanted to know because someone in the comments of the video said that it would mess up the device by moving the stuff around inside it, so i’m not sure. Thanks for the help.

the foil could scratch off some of the anti fingerprint layer but it would not move things inside the device

why not just get a cheap capacitive stylus? they all work https://www.amazon.com/Touch-Capacitive-Stylus/s?k=Touch+Capacitive+Stylus

or you can even use a sausage if you wish https://www.wired.com/2010/02/korean-iphone-stylus-its-made-of-meat/
