How can i combine 3 icloud storage plans into just the one shared family account

I am currently paying for 3 separate iCloud storage plans, including 2 individual accounts for my husband and daughter and one shared family account. I would like to combine them all into the Shared Family account so I can stop paying for the other 2 ** I don’t know how.
