where it the tumblr app

I deleted the tumblr app from my iPad because the app was glitching. I went to reinstall it and it is no longer available in the App Store. Is tumblr or apple to blame for this? Anyone know when i will be able to reinstall the app?

Purchased app that has disappeared from home screen and was not deleted i had an app for Night Owl security camera on my iPhone 6, one day it was gone and can’t figure out how to get it back. I have gone to App Store, purchased and will only allow me to open the app, does not give me the option to download back from the cloud . It shows that I already own the app but can’t get it back on home screen. What do I need to do.
