My macbook pro got dents

I dropped my friend's macbook pro from a high place and now it has dents. The screen looks fine and the keyboard is fine. It turns on and is functioning, but there's a dent on the spine and on top of the computer near the spine. I want to take it to get fix, is it expensive to fix dents on a macbook pro? How much is it on average? I want to know if it'll be cheaper to fix it or if i should buy a new one.
