Activity App Awards

Hello all,

I upgrade my Iphone SE to a new Iphone XR and when I restored the new one from Icloud, all my activities awards does not appears in the Activity app on the Iphone XR, is that possible to recover it? and if it is possible what is the process?

iPhone XR, iOS 12.1, Apple Watch 2

Hi Gohu17!

I understand that you're missing activity awards after restoring your iCloud backup, and I'm happy to help. Have you tried to unpair and set up your Apple Watch again? If not, I suggest trying that first.

I did your suggestion and after a couple of days my awards appeared.
