iPod Classic headphone jack
The headphone jack on my iPod Classic (Model A1238) has stopped working. I was able to confirm the function of the headphones with my iPod nano. Can the Classic be repaired economically?

Yes. The headphone jack and hold switch assembly can be bought for a few $/£. I've done a couple and some battery swap outs. Fiddly, but certainly possible as a DIY fix, or you can try to find a third party to do it for you.
