Limit Bandwidth for specific application on osx

Can someone tell me some application to limit upload bandwidth for specific application?

macOS High Sierra (10.13.3)

Look at Murus

applied to managed services and NAT groups. Supports Worst-case Fair

Weighted Fair Queueing policy (WF2Q+). Murus supports also custom

I'm not sure this will do what you want, but there is a "Free" option for Murus.


Also since this is built on top of the macOS packet filter, you might learn enough from playing with the Murus Lite (free) version to create your own custom macOS packet filter rules to do exactly what you want.
