Playing Real Media from BBC.co.uk?

I was piggy-backing off of someone else's network, and could use Real Player for OSX 10 to play again shows from BBC.co.uk, then picked up an airport extreme (which should be quicker and more robust!) installed it troublefree, running it off a comcast voip modem and now it just stalls? tried a few of the test clips on Real.com, same deal, it just stalls? any idea's?
