White Screen on my Apple Watch

My apple watch series 3 is stuck on a white screen only as attached picture. I tried to reset it many times but it still show up the white screen. How should i do to take my screen back or I should take it to service care to resolve this issue. please advise. Thanks!

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. I can see that your Apple Watch Series 3 won't turn on but displays a white screen, even after resetting it. If you haven't done so already, try the steps in the resource below listed under "Get Help".
If your Apple Watch won't charge or it won't turn on

If you still need help, you'll want to contact Apple Support .
