Hi guys !! I have been receiving this error on Image Capture while using it to transfer videos to desktop.The operation couldn’t be completed. (com.apple.ImageCaptureCore error -9956.) (-9956).
Does anyone have any idea what it is ? and how to solve the problem.
MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch,Early 2015), macOS Mojave (10.14.1)

i'm having the same the same issue, but it only happens with Time-Lapse movies. I couldn't find a way around so I gave up and sent them to my mac via AirDrop
Have the same problem with a particular photo. There is nothing special about this photo. The other photos taken same time are ok. The problem was worse at first. I could not back up device either. Now I have tried different cables, all software is up to date, restarts, restarts. But still at least one photo is refusing to come across. Is this the end of Apple?
Same here it only happens to time-lapse videos. And if I AirDrop it changed the created/modified timestamp which I do like.
Happens to me if I try to import any new-ish videos. I have an iPhone XS. Seems like maybe it has something to do with an update? Please help. I don't want to airdrop 50 videos at a time.
I tried doing that but I am still getting thee error 9912. I even tried to air drop the videos but it will not work.

I get this. I can't find a solution but if the pic is important I have found that by doing a small edit on it and then saving it, it is then OK (I find the left hand alignment icon thing works - shift it one notch then shift it back and click done). Then try again.
