Find serial number of device sent to giveback

I registered my Apple Watch 3 for the giveback program. They sent a return box to my home and I factory reset My watch and sent it off.

Tracking number shows it arrived at their facility October 12. However, my email is not recognized, my alternate email is not recognized and brighstar says they can’t find any record of my transaction. They said they “might” be able to find it if I can give them the serial number but of course I don’t have the device anymore and I factory reset the watch so it no longer shows in my phone.

is there a way to retrieve serial numbers that used to be associated with my apple account?

It doesn’t show devices that were factory reset as required to send the device in for trade in.

Oh that's right, sorry. I don't know of any other way to obtain your old Watch's S/N. I think your only actions can be to continue to work with Brightstar and the shipper. Maybe start with Apple directly at 1-800-MY-APPLE and explain your situation.
